Canceling Before Your Order Ships
If you need to cancel your order, time is critical. Contact us immediately at info@covetone.com or +1 815-543-4735.
We'll make every reasonable effort to cancel your order, but please understand:
Orders begin processing within 1–3 business days
Once processing starts, cancellation may not be possible
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time may process the same day
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST begin processing the next business day
The faster you reach out, the better our chances of successfully stopping your order.
Canceling After Your Order Ships
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer an option. You'll receive tracking information via email when shipment occurs.
If you no longer want the item after it ships, you have these alternatives:
Refuse the package: When the carrier attempts delivery, you can refuse to accept it. The package will return to us, and we'll issue a refund once received (original shipping fees, if any, are not refunded).
Accept and return: Receive the package and follow our standard return process. You have 30 days from delivery to return items according to our Returns & Refund Policy. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds for Successful Cancellations
If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
