Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs

Orders of $89.99 or more: Free standard shipping

Orders under $89.99: $10.00 flat rate shipping fee

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Delivery Time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time (1–3 business days) plus transit time (3–5 business days).

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and package specifications. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking Track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing.

Cancellations Before Shipment If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@covetone.com or +1 815-543-4735. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Cancellations After Shipment Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include replacement, refund, or return shipping at our expense depending on the circumstances.

Delivery Delays While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
