Refund policy

Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The return window begins on the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label depending on the situation

Original Shipping Fees Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or other accommodation.

Wrong Item Received If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover return shipping for the incorrect item.
