What This Warranty Covers

CoveTone warrants that products purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended. This warranty begins on your delivery date.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Protection

If your product arrives defective or non-functional, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a DOA claim.

How to File a DOA Claim:

Provide your order number and describe the defect

Send clear photographs showing the problem

Submit within 48 hours of receiving your order

After reviewing your claim, we'll determine the appropriate resolution:

Sending a replacement product

Issuing a full refund (including original shipping)

Providing store credit or partial refund based on circumstances

Sending a prepaid return label for the defective item

Defects Found After 48 Hours

If you discover a defect after the 48-hour DOA window but within the 30-day return period, contact us with a detailed description and photos. We'll assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund based on the nature of the defect.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Accidental damage, alterations, or unauthorized repairs

Items marked "Final Sale" (unless defective upon arrival)

Damage that occurs during customer-initiated return shipping

Making a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

Contact customer service with your order number and issue description

Provide photographs if requested

Follow the return or replacement instructions we provide

Return the item if required (we'll provide a prepaid label for valid warranty claims)

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
