Payment Questions

Q: Which payment methods are accepted? A: We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Q: Do prices include taxes? A: Yes, all prices shown include applicable taxes. No additional taxes are added at checkout.

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it? A: Contact us immediately at info@covetone.com or +1 815-543-4735. We'll try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started.

Shipping Questions

Q: What areas do you ship to? A: We ship to addresses within the United States only.

Q: What are your shipping rates? A: Orders totaling $89.99 or more ship free. Orders under $89.99 have a $10.00 shipping fee.

Q: How long until my order arrives? A: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then take 3–5 business days for delivery after shipment.

Q: What time do orders need to be placed to ship the same day? A: Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time to begin processing that day. Orders after this time start processing the next business day.

Q: How do I track my order? A: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: If it hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll try to cancel it. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible, but you can return the item per our return policy.

Return and Refund Questions

Q: How long do I have to return an item? A: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.

Q: Who covers return shipping? A: For standard returns (sizing, preference changes), you pay return shipping. For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we cover return shipping.

Q: How long do refunds take? A: We process refunds within 10 business days after receiving your returned item. Allow extra time for your bank to post the credit.

Q: Will I get my original shipping fee back? A: Original shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll resolve the issue.

Q: Can I return Final Sale items? A: Final Sale items cannot be returned unless they're defective.
